Carleen Peters has spent over 15 years in pharmaceutical care and patient care, as well as experience in retail hospitals and parenteral nutrition. This enabled her to build a career rooted in clinical knowledge, patient interaction, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel better. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with Honours and is currently pursuing her MBA, expanding her ability to lead and grow healthcare services that reach the people who need them most.
Her path into mobile IV therapy was not a sudden pivot. It was a natural extension of what she had been doing throughout her career: finding better ways to get the right treatment to the right person. Too often, patients delay care because of time, transport, or the inconvenience of a clinical visit. Carleen wanted to remove those barriers.
Mobile IV Therapy was founded on that principle. Every treatment is guided by clinical reasoning, not trends. Carleen works in consultation with a doctor to ensure that every drip formulation is clinically appropriate. She personally consults with patients before their infusion, assessing their health history and current needs to determine the most suitable treatment.
When she is not working, Carleen is focused on completing her MBA and continuing to build a service that bridges the gap between pharmacy-level care and real-world convenience. She recruits qualified nurses who share her standards, and all treatments are supported by a doctor who is available on call. This ensures that every drip administered through Mobile IV Therapy meets the same level of clinical oversight she would expect for her own family.
